Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use and protection of information about users of the Service. Account identifiers, technical information and interaction history are collected. Data is used to operate the Service, communicate with users and perform analysis. Information may be shared with third parties only where required by law or with the user's consent. Data is retained for the period necessary and reasonable measures are taken to protect it. The user bears the risks associated with transmitting information. The Administration may change this Policy without notice; continued use of the Service is treated as acceptance.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the ‘Policy’) governs the processing and protection of information provided by users of Lead Monitor (the ‘Service’). The Service is administered by D.O.O NEW SOLUTIONS, Montenegro (the ‘Administration’).

1.2. By using the Service, the user agrees to this Policy. A user who disagrees must stop using the Service.

2. Information collected

When a website form is submitted, the data is processed by the website server on Cloudflare and sent through the Telegram Bot API to the Lead Monitor administrator to respond to the request. Submission takes place after the user consents in the form.

2.1. The Service may collect the following data:

Account identifiers, such as login, ID or username;
Technical information, such as IP address, browser, device and operating system details;
History of interactions with the Service;
Website enquiry details: name, Telegram username, business field, geography and a description of the desired requests.

2.2. The Service does not require passport details, documents, photographs or other personal information beyond the minimum necessary for operation.

3. Use of information

3.1. The Service may use the information received only to:

Provide its functionality;
Communicate with the user, including notifications and support;
Analyse and improve the Service.

4. Sharing information with third parties

4.1. The Administration does not share the data received with third parties except:

Where required by law;
Where necessary to fulfil obligations to the user, for example when working with payment systems;
Where the user has consented.

5. Data retention and protection

5.1. Data is retained for the period needed to achieve the purposes of processing.

5.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee absolute security when information is transmitted over the internet.

6. Disclaimer

6.1. The user understands and agrees that transmitting information over the internet involves risks.

6.2. The Administration is not responsible for loss, theft or disclosure of data caused by third parties or the user.

7. Changes to this Policy

7.1. The Administration may change this Policy without prior notice.

7.2. Continued use of the Service after a change means the user agrees to the updated Policy.
